• Providing monitoring service (activity detection, anomaly notification) • Enabling pairing functionality • Service improvement and quality enhancement • Customer support • Sending important notices • Preventing misuse

We will not use your personal information for purposes other than above without your consent.

Sharing with Partner Only the following information is shared with your paired partner: • Nickname • Last activity confirmation time • Monitoring status (normal/alert)

Detailed location or device information is never shared with your partner.

Sharing with Third Parties We do not provide your personal information to third parties except in the following cases: • With your consent • When required by law • When necessary to protect life, body, or property • To service providers under confidentiality agreements

• Account information: During account existence and 30 days after deletion • Activity detection data: Up to 7 days (rolling basis) • Notification history: Up to 90 days • Support records: 1 year after resolution

After account deletion, information will be completely deleted after the above retention periods.
